The Pines pieces are designed in New York and ethically made in Los Angeles, California. We use only non-toxic dyes and sustainable harvest practices.
While we try to process orders immediately, please allow up to three (3) business days to process your order. During certain periods, like holidays, your order will be shipped within five (5) business days. We are not currently shipping internationally. We happily accept returns that are unused and unworn with original tags up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund. You can start your return process by clicking the link here. Returns labels are provided with a $10.00 restocking fee deducted from your order. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your refund to be processed. If you have any issues with your return we are happy to assist you. Please email hello@thepinesclothing.com with your order number and request.
Exchanges can be done within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please send an e-mail with your order number and exchange request to hello@thepinesclothing.com. We will provide a return label and the exchange will be completed once the return is received and the item is inspected.

Shoulder: stretch a measuring tape from shoulder to shoulder.
Shoulder: stretch a measuring tape from shoulder to shoulder.
Chest: stretch a measuring tape around your fullest chest.
Waist: measure around your natural waist, with a bit of slack on the measuring tape.
Length: stretch a measuring tape from the top of the shoulder or waist to the desired length (bottom hem).
